Our client is an experienced software company specialising in digital engagement solutions to the retail sector. Currently recruiting a Full Stack Developer to join their small innovative software team. Their core product is an award-winning cloud-based system that allows customers to interact with their audiences via digital screens and connected technology. Our client can undertake bespoke client projects, integrating their product into a client’s domain.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Full Stack Developer, experienced developing high quality applications as part of a multi-disciplinary software team.

Full Stack Developer - Position

  • Developing digital experiences for clients, sometimes standalone projects, always being innovative and responsive to customer demands.
  • Enhancing our client’s platform which includes web apps, APIs and media players for Android and other platforms.
  • Involved in the full software lifecycle, and work closely across the business to scope out new projects and design, develop and deploy our client’s products.

Full Stack Developer - Candidate

  • An experienced Full Stack Developer interested in cutting edge technology.
  • Ideally have experience in JavaScript, NodeJS, React, Bitbucket and Jira.
  • Experienced deploying to the Cloud, ideally with AWS EC2 and Lambda exposure.
  • Have knowledge of object-oriented languages and design patterns.
  • Adhere to software best practices and coding standards, engage in code reviews and project retrospectives and be conversant in automated software testing.
  • Work well in a team environment and have good written and verbal communication skills.

The Full Stack Developer position will be offering £50,000 - £65,000 basic salary plus benefits. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering flexibility to condense working week into 4 days, if of interest. Working hybrid, mainly home based with 1 day fortnightly at our clients office based in Yorkshire.
