Job Title: JavaScript Developer
Location: Leeds
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 (DOE)

My client is a leading provider of Data Insight technology, providing unique solutions for their clients. They are looking for a skilled JavaScript Developer to join their small but collaborative team, creating client specific digital solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimise web applications using Next.js.
- Manage and integrate content through Contentful CMS, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Implement customisations and integrations for Shopify to improve eCommerce features.
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to ensure smooth and intuitive user experiences.
- Ensure responsive designs and cross-browser compatibility across all platforms.
- Diagnose and fix bugs to maintain high performance and reliability.
- Follow industry best practices for code quality, security, and scalability.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Next.js and modern JavaScript.
- Solid background in working with Contentful CMS.
- Experience with Shopify, including customisation and API integrations.
- Strong understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
- Familiarity with version control systems like GIT.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks.
- Familiarity with APIs (REST and GraphQL).
- Knowledge of eCommerce best practices.
- Understanding of performance optimisation in web applications.
