What they're looking for:
A highly motivated Tech lead who is passionate about technologies and solving complex problems.
As a candidate you must have a proven record in helping upskill junior developers.
Experience working in an agency/consultancy environment would be desirable, but not a necessity.
Key tech: C#, .NET, TypeScript, Azure
