A growing finance company in Leeds is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to build an internal development team and manage their processes and projects. The successful candidate will be a Python software programming expert with team and project leading experience.
The role requires 2 days per week in one of the 3 offices - Leeds, London and Milton Keynes.
Skills Required:
- 7+ years software development in Python
- Agile principles
- DevOps tools
- Prior project management experience
- Exposure to high regulated industries like financial services is beneficial
Offered:
- Salary between 80,000 - 100,000 based on experience
- 10% bonus
