We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive inner-city primary school in Leeds. This full-time, permanent position involves supporting the class teacher in Year 5/6, with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher with the planning and delivery of the curriculum.
  • Help deliver engaging and interactive lessons, especially in Maths and English.
  • Support pupils to reach their full potential by providing tailored assistance.
  • Ensure students remain on track with their learning while making the classroom environment fun and engaging.
  • Support with behaviour management, creating a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
  • Provide additional help to students who may need extra support in their learning.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a school setting is ideal.
