Milk Education is currently seeking experienced and passionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team and support our partner secondary schools across the Leeds area.

We are offering a range of flexible supply roles as well as long-term positions, allowing you to find a position that suits your career aspirations and availability. Rates of pay are competitive and will increase for long term positions. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
  • Support students with their learning, ensuring they stay engaged and motivated.
  • Provide additional assistance to students with special educational needs (SEN), where applicable.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help with the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources.

Requirements:

  • Experience in education (ideally within a secondary school setting).
  • A clean DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
  • Valid right to work in the UK.
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to various school environments and learning needs.
