This is Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 15:30pm.

Phonics Interventions Specialist Role & Responsibilities:
Work with children who may be struggling with phonics, reading, lack language skills or have little confidenceSupport pupils to apply comprehension strategies independently to reading tasks, contexts and subjectsPlan and deliver 1-1 phonics interventions suitable for primary aged childrenCarefully select texts to match each student's reading level, these texts are used in targeted lessons where you will work with students to improve their comprehension skillsPhonics Interventions Specialist Non-negotiables:
Have a strong understanding and knowledge of phonics and different schemes, for example; Read, Write, Inc, Jolly Phonics, Floppy Phonics etcHave a good grasp of written and spoken EnglishAn understanding of and commitment to safeguarding childrenEnthusiasm and a can-do attitude.A good work ethicWhy choose Milk?
