As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide individualised support to students with a range of SEN needs, including 1:1 support where required.
- Implement effective strategies to help students overcome learning barriers and reach their full potential.
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to create inclusive learning environments.
- Contribute to the overall well-being and progress of the students in your care.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant in UK schools.
- A genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
- Experience working with students on a 1:1 basis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A relevant qualification in SEN or a related field.
- Experience working with a specific type of SEN (e.g., Autism, Dyslexia, etc.)
