Job Description: A school in West Leeds are seeking an experienced SEND teaching assistant to join their school on a permanent basis to provide support to pupils with autism, neurodiverse, communication problems, wheelchair users and behavioural needs. Responsibilities: . Encourage learning and development. . Manage behaviour problems professionally and accordingly. . Liaise with staff members and parents on any issues. .
