- Assist in the educational and social development of pupils under the direction and guidance of the classroom teacher.
- Provide personal care, including changing and cleaning, ensuring the dignity and comfort of each pupil.
- Support pupils with their physical, emotional, and social development.
- Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support learning activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role or a transferable role is essential.
- Comfortable with providing personal care, including changing and cleaning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
