This role primarily involves teaching Key Stage 3 (KS3) students, with some responsibilities at Key Stage 4 (KS4).

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to a diverse range of learning needs.
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN and SEMH needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with SEN and SEMH students.
- Strong knowledge of the English curriculum for KS3 and KS4.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
