Salary: 85-100 per day

Are you passionate about supporting young learners in their educational journey? We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Key Stage 1 Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant primary school in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Assist with differentiation to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and elements of Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Foster a positive learning environment through effective behaviour management.
• Work closely with students to promote their social and emotional well-being.
• Help create and implement tailored learning strategies to enhance student engagement and progress.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a primary school setting, particularly in Key Stage 1.
• Strong understanding of EAL and SEN needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
