Role and Responsibilities:
- Teach Maths to students up to Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of each student.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the holistic development of students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience working with children who have SEND and may come from traumatic or vulnerable backgrounds.
- Strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum up to KS3/4.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and patient approach to teaching.
