Job Description: We are looking for compassionate and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team on a supply or part-time basis. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and are looking for flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering tailored educational activities.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN.
- Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Support students with personal care needs, if required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with SEN students.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom settings.
- Patience and empathy.
