We are seeking a Qualified Teacher to join our team and work alongside another staff member, delivering engaging and tailored education for a 12-year-old pupil. This farm-based role offers a unique learning environment that blends the outdoors, creativity, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with another staff member to plan and deliver personalized, engaging lessons tailored to the pupil’s individual needs and learning goals.
  • Incorporate outdoor learning, nature, and sustainability into teaching, sparking curiosity and creativity.
  • Collaborate on hands-on projects such as building bird boxes, gardening, and other nature-inspired activities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where the pupil can thrive.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to align with the pupil's SEN requirements and personal interests.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience working with SEN pupils, including those with diverse learning needs.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with another staff member.
