Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with another staff member to plan and deliver personalized, engaging lessons tailored to the pupil’s individual needs and learning goals.
Incorporate outdoor learning, nature, and sustainability into teaching, sparking curiosity and creativity.
Collaborate on hands-on projects such as building bird boxes, gardening, and other nature-inspired activities.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where the pupil can thrive.
Adapt teaching strategies to align with the pupil's SEN requirements and personal interests.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven experience working with SEN pupils, including those with diverse learning needs.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with another staff member.
