Career Teachers Leeds are looking for Qualified Primary teachers to join our team and help support with both day to day and long-term supply roles.

Rates from £140 - £211.96 per day.

As a Teacher on supply you will be required to:

  • Work with children between the ages of 5-11 in a classroom setting.
  • Work full/part time hours which can vary between 8-5pm.
  • Give support to other personnel within the setting.
  • Help implement daily routines.
  • Be willing to support children who require 1:1 support.
  • Provide support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN).

Essential Qualifications Required:

- 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), or equivalent, including English, Maths and Science

- An Undergraduate Education Degree Or a degree in any subject and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or Professional Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE - Scotland)

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Previous in-school teaching experience.
  • Fluent level of English, both spoken and written.
