Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Band 7 Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for children with a range of speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN), including complex cases. This role involves clinical leadership, service development, and supervision of junior therapists and assistants.

Key Responsibilities:Clinical Duties:
  • Provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for children with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN), including autism, developmental delays, learning disabilities, and speech disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using evidence-based approaches.
  • Work collaboratively with families, carers, and educational staff to support children’s communication needs in home and school settings.
