The Linacre Institute is looking for an organised, engaging and motivated person to support the Programme team in the planning, organisation and delivery of its Reach Higher programme. To be successful in this role you will need to be:

  • Effective and engaging in interpersonal communications with students, parents, academic tutors and alumni, including good written and verbal communication.
  • Attentive to detail and capable of high-quality administration and data processing, including data capture, financial transactions and personal records.
  • Able to prioritise and carry out administrative tasks independently.
  • Able to work under pressure, on occasions, to achieve administrative deadlines.
  • Able to update websites and manage social media content.
  • Proficient in IT, including Google Drive, Microsoft Office software and online forms.
  • Capable of working well in a team and able to thrive in high-pressured environments, including residential summer schools.

Although this is a remote position, please note that we are looking for candidates based in Yorkshire and the Humber as it requires regular attendance at team meetings in Leeds and visits to our partner schools across Yorkshire.
