IT and Facilities Procurement Coordinator ( Not remote)Location: North West LeedsOur client, a leading global consultancy based in North West Leeds, is expanding its IT Procurement team and is looking to recruit an IT and Facilities Procurement Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong procurement experience to join a fast-growing company that values career development and offers extensive training opportunities. About the Role:In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for all matters related to facilities and procurement. You’ll be managing queries, creating work orders, and supporting the team in delivering smooth procurement processes for both IT and facilities-related services.Key Responsibilities: 
  • Manage procurement-related requests, including raising purchase orders, checking invoices, and managing services related to IT hardware, software licenses, mobile phones, office supplies, and staff-related equipment.
  • Oversee the internal help desk system and process service requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an accurate asset database, tracking all equipment and resources.
  • Support with new starter and leaver equipment requests, ensuring smooth transitions for staff.
  • Assist the Technical Procurement Manager with office-related renewals and maintaining the property database.
  • Help keep internal policies and procedures updated on the Knowledge Base, ensuring they are relevant and adhered to by all staff.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure costs and services align with contractual agreements.
  • Produce regular reports for the quarterly Facilities Committee meetings.
Essential Skills:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a procurement role, with knowledge of service desks, procurement tools, and asset management.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 (experience with Dynamics 365 and Freshservice is a plus).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
