• Create top-tier motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects, incorporating CGI and VFX elements into video projects.
• Edit and enhance video content in Adobe Premiere, ensuring smooth integration of motion graphics, CGI, and VFX for polished, high-quality results.
• Explore new technologies such as AI, 3D composition, and VFX to push creative boundaries and integrate innovative techniques into your work.
• Set the standard for creativity and quality within the team. Lead by example and inspire others through your expertise in motion design and post-production.
• Contribute to shaping internal processes and workflows for motion graphics, VFX, and CGI production, ensuring the team works efficiently and consistently delivers exceptional results.
• Work closely with other creatives, clients, and stakeholders to bring fresh, innovative ideas to life while maintaining consistency across projects.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand their vision and incorporate feedback into your designs, ensuring alignment with their goals.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, VFX, CGI, and 3D composition, and apply these advancements to continuously evolve your work.

• At least 4-5 years of experience in motion graphic design and video editing, including a strong focus on CGI, VFX, and 3D composition.
• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite. Experience with supporting CGI and VFX software is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, innovative results and lead motion design projects from concept to completion.
• Solid understanding of CGI, VFX, 3D workflows, video formats, and post-production techniques.
• Passionate about exploring new tools and techniques, including AI, to enhance creative output and improve workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
• Ability to think on your feet, adapt to changing project needs, and find creative solutions under pressure.
