We are thrilled to partner with a prestigious client in the aviation industry to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator for their Executive Team. You will provide seamless administrative support to Senior Leaders and the Executive Team, ensuring smooth operations and strategic success.

Role: Business Support Coordinator

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000

Location: LS19 (free onsite parking)

Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Executive Team, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Coordinate and manage external meetings, business events, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Facilitate Board Meetings and offer comprehensive meeting support, including precise minute-taking.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality for visitors.
  • Record accurate minutes at the Safety Review Board, Airport Consultative Committee, and Executive Meetings
  • Assist with diary management, scheduling and organizing internal and external meetings for the Executive Team.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the Executive Team and other management personnel.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the administrative office, including managing mail, supplies, and office consumables.
