We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager for our client, a growing manufacturing company in Leeds, committed to delivering top-quality products. We’re looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to drive our client’s end-to-end supply chain strategy, lead a small talented team across procurement, inventory, goods inwards, stores, and distribution, and help them streamline operations to meet their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with business objectives, driving cost efficiency, quality and improving service levels.
  • Lead the Way: Own the supply chain strategy from sourcing to delivery, ensuring efficiency at every step and aligning supply chain strategy and activities with sales, production and business goals.
  • End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire supply chain process, from sourcing raw materials to delivery of finished products, optimising every step for maximum efficiency.
  • Strategic Sourcing & Outsourcing:  identify and manage Outsourcing, Make v Buy and Low Cost Country Sourcing opportunities.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire teams across procurement, inventory, stores, and distribution (UK & International logistics).
  • Continuous Improvement: Optimise processes to reduce costs, improve lead times, and boost delivery performance.
  • Supplier Relations: Build strong partnerships with suppliers and negotiate favourable terms.
  • Data-Driven: Use data and KPIs to make decisions and drive results.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in procurement, inventory, and logistics.
