Your new companyAre you a dynamic and strategic leader with a passion for optimising supply chain operations? I am looking for a talented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance end-to-end supply chain processes. Your new roleAs a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and materials. Reporting to the Operations Director and leading a team of three direct reports, you will be responsible for supplier management, logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory control. Your strategic initiatives will drive performance and cost-efficiency to new heights.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier & Procurement Management: Develop and implement supplier strategies, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Warehouse & Inventory Management: Lead the warehouse team, oversee logistics, and ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate transportation, manage third-party logistics, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cost Optimisation & Continuous Improvement: Identify cost-saving opportunities, analyse performance data, and support sustainability initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience: 5 plus years in supply chain management with proven leadership responsibilities.
  • Skills: Strong supplier management, warehousing, logistics, and inventory control experience. Proficiency in supply chain systems and tools.
  • Attributes: Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Experience with international suppliers and logistics partners (desirable).
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices in supply chain and sourcing (desirable).
