Cobalt are currently supporting a busy regional practice that offers specialist agency and consultancy services to occupiers, developers, and investors throughout the UK. Following a sustained period of growth, they are looking to strengthen their Leeds team with the addition of an Assistant/ MRICS Surveyor.
The appointed candidate will be working with a broad cross-section of clients, providing specialist advice which will include agency, acquisition and disposal, lease advisory, and some valuation work.
Key experience should include:
- MRICS or close to completing the APC with previous experience of having worked in a commercial general practice environment. Experience of working in commercial agency and lease advisory would be highly advantageous.
- Client facing skills
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft programs including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills
