A leading UK firm of Chartered Surveyors is seeking Consultant Residential Surveyors across the UK.
They offer a 70/30 fee split in favor of the surveyor and have immediate and pipeline work available in and around Leeds.
Candidates must be MRICS or AssocRICS, ideally with VRS, and have at least 2 years of industry experience.
Newly self-employed or consultant surveyors are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.
The workload will primarily involve private L2 or L3 surveys, with or without valuation.

Offering an industry leading 70/30 fee split (in the surveyor’s favour) they have immediate and pipeline work waiting to be undertaken in and around LEEDS.

You must be MRICS / AssocRICS (ideally with VRS) and have at least 2 years industry experience. Newly self-employed or consultant surveyors are welcome to apply.
