General Practice Surveyor

Cobalt is proud to be working on behalf of a leading roadside advisory specialist, who have a proven track record in the roadside retail sector. Providing strategic advice to occupiers, developers, and investors across the UK, they are looking to further strengthen their Leeds team, and are seeking an Assistant / MRICS Surveyor to play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory services.

The successful candidate will work closely with a diverse client base, offering expert advice on:

• Agency, acquisitions, and disposals
• Lease advisory
• Valuation work

• MRICS qualified or working towards APC completion, with experience in a commercial general practice environment
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and analytic skills
