Providing strategic advice to occupiers, developers, and investors across the UK, they are looking to further strengthen their Leeds team, and are seeking an Assistant / MRICS Surveyor to play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory services.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with a diverse client base, offering expert advice on:

  • Agency, acquisitions, and disposals
  • Lease advisory
  • Valuation work
Key Requirements
  • MRICS qualified or working towards APC completion, with experience in a commercial general practice environment
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and analytic skills
