Our recruitment activities involve the sourcing and provision of professional and technical contracts and permanent people to our clients who are leading consultants in the Property Asset Management sector.
Due to rapid and consistent growth this new role has developed to support our Clerk of Works division and facilitate our next stages of growth.
This is a hands on role directly supporting our Managing Director which requires a confident, tenacious,and hard-working approach to many aspects of networking related and administrative tasks. Whilst supported by the rest of the team, the role will require an ability to work under your own initiative.
Duties
- Supporting the Managing Director with the task of growing TSA Clerk of Works sub-consultant division.
- Client liaison meetings, telephone, emails and documentation:
- Receiving incoming enquiries
- Preparation and issue of proposals and follow up
- Review of client terms with support
- Generating and issuing contracts
- Regular tracking and aftercare of ongoing client instructions
- Proactive engagement with existing and prospect clients to understanding pipeline and potential of work mailshots, CVs, phone, Teams, face to face.
- Onboarding of new clients and issuing new customer forms
- Management of Quality Control Inbox
- General associated administration
- Clerk of Works liaison meetings, telephone, emails and documentation:
- Proactive networking of existing Clerk of Works network establishing current role, project, employer, rate, availability
- Proactive development of network of clerk of works by utilizing adverts, CV Library, Linkedin, Sourcewhale, Totaljobs, Idibu and referrals
- Conducting interviews
- CV preparation and updating
- Issuing of project details to Clerk of Works network and securing their services including negotiation of rates
- Requests for information and compliance obtaining eligibility to work, qualifications, insurances, bank details, etc
- Accurate filing of the above
- Issue of contractual documentation
- Tracking and aftercare of ongoing instructions
- Management of Quality Control Inbox
- General associated administration
- Internal liaison
- Building good relationships with Recruitment team, sharing and acting upon market intel. In particular supportingthe permanent Clerk of Works desk.
- Building good relationship with Finance and Administration team always striving for processing efficiencies
- External liaison
- Contribute to long term initiative to being well connected in The Institute of Clerk of Works and other relevant professional bodies
- Mindset to be highly motivated to grow the division
- Experience of Bullhorn software would be advantageous
- MS Excel & MS Office 365 together with Adobe
- High level of accuracy and organisational skills
- Confident and friendly communication style
