- Project = Maintenance work on a Commercial Building.
- Duties = Provide assistance to Facility Manager in completion of multiple functions of building operations and maintenance.
- Requirement = 1 x Fabric Technician.
- Qualifications = Must have the relevant experience working as a Hands on Fabric Technician on all kinds of Maintenance Work and MUST have City & Guilds or NVQ's. Additionally, you must have knowledge of CAFM and eLogbook systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and intranet/internet.
- Duration = 2 Months.
- Hours = 2 Days a week (16 Hours in Total).
- Pay Rate = £25.56 per hour. (CIS).
