What you will be doing:
路Lead and contribute to transport assessments, travel plans, and transport statements for a range of development projects.
路Provide technical expertise and transport planning advice to clients, including developers, local authorities, and private sector organisations.
路Undertake junction capacity assessments and modelling using software such as Junctions 10 (PICADY/ARCADY), LinSig, and TRICS.
路Manage projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality outputs.
路Engage with local authorities and stakeholders to support planning applications and transport strategies.
路Mentor and support junior colleagues, assisting in their professional development.
路Prepare technical reports and contribute to business development initiatives.

What you need to know:
路Degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography, or a related field.
路Strong understanding of transport planning policy, planning applications, and the development process in the UK.
路Proficiency in transport modelling software such as Junctions 10, LinSig, and TRICS.
路Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports and presenting findings.
路Ability to manage multiple projects, liaise with clients, and work collaboratively within a team.
路Experience in preparing public inquiries or expert witness statements (desirable but not essential).
