The Role:
- Lead strategic design workshops, user interviews, and light user testing to gather actionable insights.
- Create visually stunning, user-centric designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems aligned with best practices.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
The Person:
- Strong UX and UI design expertise with a portfolio of impactful web design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and design system development.
- Experience mentoring junior designers and working collaboratively within teams.
- Excellent communication skills, confident in engaging with clients and stakeholders.
