The Role:

  • Lead strategic design workshops, user interviews, and light user testing to gather actionable insights.
  • Create visually stunning, user-centric designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.

The Person:

  • Strong UX and UI design expertise with a portfolio of impactful web design projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and design system development.
  • Experience mentoring junior designers and working collaboratively within teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in engaging with clients and stakeholders.
