We are looking for anMulti Skilled Electrical Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theMulti Skilled Electrical Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheMulti Skilled Electrical Engineer,will be responsible for:
- Undertakingroutine PPM tasks, planned maintenance in line with scheduled dates along with reactive repairs and Electrical Installation work as required.
- Working on DC Systems, air-conditioning/chiller plant, alarm testing, ACB's, UPS's, StandbyGenerators.
- Be part of a call-out rota after initial period (1 week in every 6)
- Ensure all documentation is completed correctly for all tasks and reactive tasks are reported and recorded on to the CAFM system.
- You may also be called upon to assist with general building maintenance activities.
To be successful for this Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer role you must have:
- City and Guilds 18th Edition
- Electrical Inspection & testing City & Guilds 2391
- Ability to demonstrate an experience working onindustrial switch gear and generator change over.
- Experience of maintenance of distribution boards for essential and non essential supplies.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is desirable but not essential.
- HV AP qualification desirable, but training will be provided to obtain this.
