The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations. This role involves ensuring the reliability and efficiency of all equipment and facilities, managing maintenance staff, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring all equipment and facilities are functioning optimally.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and provide regular reports to senior management.

Beneficial Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Systems Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in maintenance management, preferably within engineering
  • Hands on BMS experience - Tridium / Siemens
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in maintenance software and tools.
  • Relevant certifications in maintenance management or engineering are a plus.
