Fleet Manager

Fleet Manager - Hybrid - UK based

50,000 - 55,000 per annum (PAYE)

• Monday to Friday working hours

• Permanent Full Time - Hybrid working

Main Duties:

• Responsible for managing the Fleet, which currently stands at circa 400 vehicles including company and grey fleet cars as well as specialized Light commercial vehicles
• Manage the company's property portfolio including offices and depots across the UK
• Overseeing the efficient management of business needs for maintenance and repair of vehicles and property to ensure they are in good working order
• Developing and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs related to fleet and property management
• Planning, manage and report on budgets related to fleet and property management

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in fleet and property management, with a strong understanding of best practices and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team of professionals and drive results.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
• The ability to initiate, plan, coordinate, execute and close a project to agreed objectives and timescales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint

50,000 - 55,000 per annum (PAYE)
