Fleet Manager - Hybrid - UK based
50,000 - 55,000 per annum (PAYE)
- Monday to Friday working hours
- Permanent Full Time - Hybrid working
Main Duties:
- Responsible for managing the Fleet, which currently stands at circa 400 vehicles including company and grey fleet cars as well as specialized Light commercial vehicles
- Manage the company's property portfolio including offices and depots across the UK
- Overseeing the efficient management of business needs for maintenance and repair of vehicles and property to ensure they are in good working order
- Developing and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs related to fleet and property management
- Planning, manage and report on budgets related to fleet and property management
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in fleet and property management, with a strong understanding of best practices and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team of professionals and drive results.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
- The ability to initiate, plan, coordinate, execute and close a project to agreed objectives and timescales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
