Are you ready to take on an exciting role in a dynamic team? We are looking for an Administrator to join our clients Central Reservations Administration department. This is your chance to be part of a fun, dedicated and supportive team that plays a crucial role in supporting vehicle rental operations. The company offers an enthusiastic and upbeat working environment, and great progression opportunities for the right candidate.

The Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:
* Process fines, PCNs, and other traffic violations with precision and efficiency.
* Support vehicle rental administration by handling invoicing for both interim and end-of-hire periods.
* Maintain and build relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
* Administer and process vehicle penalty charge notices (PCNs) from start to finish, addressing queries and corresponding with clients via email.
* Daily invoicing for live and terminated hires, capturing additional charges like excess mileage and fuel.
* Update corporate customer dashboards, run reports, and maintain day sheets.
* Assist the Central Reservations team with overflow calls and hire requests.
* Work closely with branches to ensure all off-hires are actioned and relevant paperwork is completed.
* Maintain daily diaries for accurate reporting.
* Ensure customer insurance policies are updated and renewed as needed.
* Enter and maintain tariff data within Prohire for each client.

The Key Requirements of the Administrator:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Computer literate and able to work from your own initiative.
* Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Administration experience is necessary; motor industry experience is preferred but not essential.
* Dynamic individual who is punctual and has good timekeeping skills.
