Job Overview: As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure high-quality service for our customers. You will work alongside a team that is committed to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake inspections, and repairs.
  • Have knowledge in steering and suspension components, provide detailed diagnostics, and perform the necessary repairs.
  • Replace timing belts and have experience with wet belt replacements.
  • Perform turbo and clutch replacements occasionally.
  • Provide detailed reports to service advisors.
  • Conduct inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs.
  • Use modern tools and diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and customers regarding repairs and service updates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an automotive technician or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle systems and components.
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred:

  • Certification from a recognized automotive training program or equivalent.
  • Level 2 or above Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
