Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Sherburn in Elmet, (LS25 6PT)  You’ll be working 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 -17:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Processing orders and preparing correspondence to fulfil customer needs.
- Dealing with customer enquiries, complaints and shipping bookings using the customer portal
- Communication with customer by phone, email and face to face
- Investigating and solving customer problems
- Management of transport bookings, follow up, invoice checking and processing claims
- Communicating with transport agents to ensure customer satisfaction is fulfilled and shipping in time and accordance to expectations
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- A good knowledge of WMS as well as Microsoft excel, word and outlook.
- The ability to problem solve as well as effectively manage and plan workload
- Excellent communication skills and able to successfully work as part of a team
- Adhere to GXO Health and Safety Policies
