Description
- Maintain and regularly update the shipping log to reflect any changes in the schedule.
- Ensure accurate tracking of shipments and the timely identification of potential delays or issues.
- Manage the orderbook.
- Provide updates and ensure the logistics team is fully informed of any changes to the inbound plan.
- Coordinate with external teams to manage inland transport logistics.
- Plan the call off sequence of containers.
- Verify and process shipping invoices.
Profile
A successful Shipping Coordinator should have:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Previous SAP knowledge.
- Experience working with inbound supply.
