Milk Education are recruiting on behalf of a Charity in Leeds, Headingley, that cater for adult learners with Autism and Learning Disabilities. The aim of the charity is to secure employment for adults with ASD. The Charity are recruiting for a Job Coach to support a small group of learners on a work placement with Leeds City Councils Grounds and Maintenance team. As a Job Coach, you will be responsible for ensuring safety of the interns whilst on site, as well as liaising with the employer for feedback on the interns work. This is a Monday - Friday role and will require you to work 08:45 - 16:45.

? Collecting feedback and evidence for the interns file
Job Coach Non-negotiables:
? Must have recent/relevant experience working with children or adults with learning disabilities either in care or education.
? Must have a horticulture or contruction background
? Must be a driver
