Join our team as a Web and Digital Media Advisor and play a pivotal role in the delivery of our organisation's website redevelopment project. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to enhance our digital presence and ensure our web content meets SEO and accessibility standards.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Support the delivery of a comprehensive website redevelopment project that aligns with the organisation's activity, projects, and objectives for our target audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with media, marketing, communications, and policy leads to translate project plans into a redeveloped web presence.
  • Assist in the migration of web content across the organisation's digital footprint, including building templates and pages using a content management system.
  • Produce high-quality website content that adheres to SEO and accessibility guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within digital media or web content development.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and communications.
  • Skilled in writing and editing website content following SEO and accessibility best practices.
  • Proficient in using content management systems (CMS); experience with Umbraco is advantageous.
  • Ability to draft copy and create engaging web content for multiple target audiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experienced in building effective internal partnerships and managing relationships with external suppliers to achieve project objectives.
