Thrive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting an experienced Wood CNC Machinist on behalf of our client a leading manufacturer based in South Leeds.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for manufacturing high quality wood products according to specifications.
The main responsibilities of the role are as follows;
Set up and operate CNC wood machines
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments when needed
Maintain quality standards
Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines
Skills and experience;
Candidates must have previous experience of operating CNC machinery, preferably in a wood manufacturing environment.
A good eye for detail and the ability to produce high quality work is essential.
Applicants must be happy to work the late shift 3.15pm - 1.45am, Monday to Thursday (4 day working week).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 16.24-18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
