The main aim of the role is to deliver excellent customer service from order acceptance through to delivery of product, ensuring a Right First-Time attitude to all customer orders.

Duties will include:

  • Maintain effective communication with customers
  • Receive new orders from customers and process on SAP
  • Arrange sample requests and pre-shipment samples where required
  • Maintain contact with customers to advise of any delays
  • Undertake regular IATA Training to be able to raise documentation for hazardous airfreight shipments and check drum labelling is correct prior to despatch

Requirements

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Willingness to learn and undertake appropriate training as necessary
