Job Opportunity: ECT/Teacher (Temp to Perm)Location:IpstonesWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) or experienced teacher to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role offers an initial 12-week temporary contract, with the opportunity for a permanent position upon successful completion.Key Details:
- Class Size: Small class of 5 students
- Support: class teacher and teaching assistant in the classroom
- Duration: 12 weeks temporary, leading to a permanent role
- Pay: from £140 per day
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of a small class
- Collaborate with the class teacher and teaching assistant to support student learning
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Flexible and adaptable individual
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
