Electrical Technician (Engineer / Testing / Maintenance)

DAYS – Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00, Friday 07:30 to 16:00

Electrical Technician required for an industry leading manufacturer in Leek who provide bespoke solutions for industries such as wind turbines, oil and gas, and defence. They are truly a global leader in automation and robotics, building bespoke and custom modified heavy gauge columns, booms, manipulators, and rotators.

This role would suit an electrically biased engineer with experience building control panels, machine electrics, or machine maintenance. You will need experience working with wiring, drives and control systems.

Working within a team of six electrical engineers, the successful candidate will work collaboratively build custom modified, bespoke systems to customer requested specifications.

The Electrical Technician Role:

· Building control panels for machinery and equipment

· Soldering and wiring looms

· Testing, faulting finding and routine maintenance

The Electrical Technician Candidate:

· Experience with control panels and/or machine wiring

· From a build or maintenance background

· Any industry
