X3 Production / Manufacturing Operatives are needed in Staffordshire ST13, requiring applicants to have experience in a busy manufacturing environment.
Candidates with experience operating Agricultural plant equipment such as Loading Shovels, Telehandlers, and FLT Counterbalance are preferred, though training will be provided.
The position offers a pay rate of £13.50 per hour, with overtime pay at X1.5 for weekdays and X2 for Sundays.
Applicants should have prior production or manufacturing experience and must possess their own transport due to the job location.
Three shift patterns are available, with working hours varying from 48 hours per week on day shifts to a 4 on/4 off night shift schedule.

Ideally, applicants should have experience within a busy manufacturing industry. Experienced in operating Agricultural plant (Loading Shovel, Telehandler, FLT Counterbalance) experience would be advantageous to handle bulk products, but training will be provided for suitable candidates.What we are looking for:

Experienced in operating Agricultural plant such as (Loading Shovel, Telehandler, FLT Counterbalance)
Working with in a manufacturing Environment
Ideal from a farming background or Quarry Background
Handling of raw materials
Operating machine - cookers and crushers

Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hourOver Time: X1.5 Monday - Saturday X2 Sundays.Minimum requirements for Production Operator

Hours of Work: There are 3 Shift Patterns Available:Shift 1:Working hours are 4 x Day Shift, 48 hours per week, days of work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday each week. Hours of work are 06:00-18:00.Shift 2:Working hours are 4 x Night Shifts (4 on / 4 off). Average 42 hours per weeIncluding weekends on rotation. Hours of work are 18:00-06:00.Shift 3:Working hours are 4 x Day Shift, 48 hours per week, days of work, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday each week. Hours of work are 06:00-18:00.In return for
