Tonic are assisting our client's search for a General Manager to join their gastro pub operation in Leek. This pub has lots of character and charm and is a firm favourite among locals and visitors. The pub offers aselection of guest ales andfresh food daily. Youll need experience within a pub, managing large teams. As General Manager, you'll lead the team from the frontand build on the company's excellent reputation.

What we are looking for in the General Manager candidates:

A proven track record of management experience within a similar quality environment
You must hold a valid personal licence
Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
Experience with real ale, cellar management, and premium spirits is essential
Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
