Are you a QTS holding teacher, with experience of supporting pupils with Social Emotional Mental Health needs? Are you confident in working with small groups of children with ASD, ADHD, or other comorbid conditions? Have you ever had experience with MAPA or Team Teach?

The Job…

You'll be kept busy, working to plan, prepare, deliver, and assess a cross-curriculum programme of learning to primary aged pupils across Key Stage Two (KS2) and Key Stage Three (KS3). Your day will be varied, engaging children in the classroom to manage their own behaviour, complete their work, and reach their potential. You'll take initiative, be resilient, and drive pupils to achieve and progress. Working intensively with small groups of children with additional needs (emotional, behavioural, and mental health), you'll work on learning activities, promoting confidence, and encouraging pupils to act independently to succeed.

You'll Be…

  • A Qualified Teacher in possession of QTS
  • Experience of young people with SEMH, autism, ADHD, CSE, or other disabilities and needs
  • Experienced working with primary aged pupils across Key Stage Two (KS2) and Key Stage Three (KS3)
  • Able to hold student attention and focus with excellent communication skills
  • Promote happiness, self-reliance and encourage positive interactions
