Graduate Teaching assistant

Milk Education is offering full-time Graduate Support Assistant positions for the academic year September 2025 to July 2026 in Greater Manchester. These roles are ideal for recent graduates aiming to gain school-based experience before pursuing a career in teaching or the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1:1 and Small Group Support: Provide tailored intervention sessions to students, assisting them in achieving their academic targets.

Classroom Assistance: Support full-class teachers by working with select students, ensuring they remain on task and adhering to behavior policies.

*
Lesson Coverage: Occasionally cover lessons, gaining invaluable experience prior to starting a PGCE or Schools Direct teacher training program.

Desired Qualifications:
