Our Client:

An established manufacturing company are seeking a dedicated and reliable Nationwide Delivery Driver to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently transport goods to multiple locations nationwide
  • Follow delivery routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Adhere to all traffic and transportation laws and regulations
  • Communicate with dispatch to update on delivery status and any issues encountered
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries

Qualifications:

  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
  • Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of nationwide road networks and routes
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Willingness to travel long distances and work flexible hours

Day-to-day:

  • Inspecting delivery vehicle for safety and maintenance checks
  • Following set delivery routes for maximum efficiency
  • Loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle
  • Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers
  • Making on-time deliveries and providing exceptional service at each stop
  • Ensuring the security and integrity of all deliveries
