Their state of the art distribution centre site requires a Warehouse manager to lead from the front and make this role their own.
Role
This a key role within the business where you will be tasked with being responsible for the highest levels of customer service.
As the Warehouse Manager your responsibilities are:
- Delivering first class internal and external customer service
- Shift Management of your team
- Managing stock inventory
- Ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to at all times
- Delivering training
- Producing reports
- Delivery a culture of continuous improvement
- Recruitment
- Conducting 1-2-1s
Candidate
The ideal candidate for this Warehouse Manager role:
- Must be driven, motivated, engaging and able to build strong relationships
- Ideally have experience in managing a team
