Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting senior quantity surveyors in cost management, contract administration, and procurement
  • Assisting in the preparation of bills of quantities, valuations, and variations
  • Monitoring project costs and ensuring budgets are adhered to
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Contributing to project meetings and reporting on financial progress

About You:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within construction
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality work
  • Keen to work on a variety of projects and take ownership of tasks
  • Desire to grow and develop within a fast-paced commercial builder
  • Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying (preferred)
