Key Responsibilities:

Supporting senior quantity surveyors in cost management, contract administration, and procurement
Assisting in the preparation of bills of quantities, valuations, and variations
Monitoring project costs and ensuring budgets are adhered to
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Contributing to project meetings and reporting on financial progress

About You:

1-3 years of experience in a similar role within construction
Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality work
Keen to work on a variety of projects and take ownership of tasks
Desire to grow and develop within a fast-paced commercial builder
Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying (preferred)
